Austin is over a week old!

Austin has been settling in at home! He's already been to the doctor twice. Once on Monday for a weight check. He was back up to 6lb 8oz from his 6lb 4 oz discharge weight. Then today we went for another weight check... He's already 6lb 13 oz... that's 3oz above his birth weight. We're so proud! He is such a sweet baby! Up until the last couple of days, he would just eat, potty, and go right back to sleep. The last couple of days though, he's had periods of awake time! We just love seeing those eyes wide open and alert. I know that people say that babies don't really smile, but he sure looks like he is at just the right times.
